1. Scope of pilot access

Pilot access is granted to a named organization for evaluation purposes, for a period and scope agreed with Buxbells Resources LLC. Access may be limited to specific users, workspaces, regulatory sources, or features.

2. The product will evolve

Features, layouts, data models, source coverage, and plan entitlements may change during the pilot as the product develops. Some capabilities may be introduced, adjusted, or withdrawn.

3. Feedback

We may ask for feedback on usability, source coverage, and workflow fit. Providing feedback is voluntary. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the product, as described in the Terms of Service, and is not treated as your confidential information unless you mark it confidential and we agree in writing.

4. Your compliance decisions remain yours

  • Buxbells does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee compliance or regulatory completeness.
  • Regulatory records should be verified against the linked authoritative government source before you act on them.
  • Demonstration records are illustrative only and are not authoritative regulatory information.
  • Your organization remains responsible for its own applicability, interpretation, and compliance decisions during the pilot.

5. No protected health information

Do not upload protected health information, patient records, or unnecessary patient-identifiable information during the pilot unless Buxbells Resources LLC has separately authorized that use in writing. No business associate agreement is in place unless separately executed.

6. No implied certifications or guarantees

Pilot access does not imply any security certification, regulatory accreditation, audit outcome, insurance position, uptime commitment, or service level. Controls actually in place are described on the Security page.

7. Confidentiality and data protection

Non-public information each party shares in connection with the pilot — including unreleased features, pricing discussions, and your workspace content — is treated as confidential and used only for the pilot. Your workspace content is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, with organization isolation, role-based access, and audit history applied as they are for any customer.

8. Ending the pilot

Either party may end the pilot on reasonable notice. Ending a pilot does not automatically trigger immediate destructive deletion of your compliance records: records are retained for a limited period so your organization can request an export or a deletion, as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Commercial terms

Any fees, plan, term, or renewal arrangement is established separately in writing between your organization and Buxbells Resources LLC. These pilot terms create no pricing or purchase commitment for either party.
